Tandoori Chicken Tikka Recipe No  Oven – Murgh Tikka Recipe: In this recipes, tikka is one of the most popular Pakistani and Indian food dish. Mostly People love to eat in lunch and dinner. Generally people make chicken tikka in oven and tandoor but In this blog I will teach you how to make tandoori chicken tikka when you don’t have oven. This recipes is very simple and easy, you can make it in own home kitchen. In last you get tandoori chicken tikka. You must be familiar with the divine taste of desi style tikka if you are Pakistani or Indian food lover.

Making of tandoori chicken tikka without oven is simple, quick, easy and time-saving and gives you the same taste as you get in the oven. The process of marination is the same as in oven. You just need to cook the chicken pieces/chunks  in the pan and then low fry it give  to a grilled touch.
In this recipe, I marinate the chicken whole pieces/chunks of breast and leg for 3 Hours in fridge. Cook in a pan to make it loving and juicy.

Tandoori Chicken Tikka Recipe
Ingredients:

§   Chicken 1 Kg
§  Yogurt – 1 Cup
§  Ginger garlic paste – 2 Tsp
§  Salt – 1/2 Tsp
§  Red Chili Powder – 1 Tsp
§  Turmeric Powder – 1 Tsp
§  Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp
§  Garam Masala Powder – 1 Tsp
§  Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 Tsp
§  Water – 10 ml (to make a thick paste)
§  Oil – 1 Tbsp

 

Method:


1.      Mark the Chicken deeply
2.      In a bowl marination bowl, add yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and black pepper powder.
3.      Mix all the ingredients by add 10 ml of water.
4.      Make a thick paste of marination.
5.      Now add chicken in marination mixture/
6.      Leave the chicken in the marination mixture for 3 hours in fridge.
7.      After 3 hours, in a pan add chicken and pour marination mixture with the little amount of oil.
8.      Cover and cook for 20 minutes on low medium heat.
9.      After 20 minutes, when the chicken cooked.
10.  Take the chicken out as it gets brown.
